Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zeus Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order of self-adhesive labels, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return items for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

Custom or personalised labels are non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Photos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

3. How to Return

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver your self-adhesive labels in perfect condition. Below you’ll find details on our shipping methods, timeframes, and costs.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Custom or personalised label orders may take slightly longer — usually 2–4 working days depending on the complexity.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Courier Equivalent):
  Free on orders over £30
  £2.95 for orders under £30
  Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked Courier):
  £4.95
  Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

• Next Working Day Delivery (Order before 1pm):
  £7.95
  Tracked & insured

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or strikes.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the country.

• Europe: From £8.95 – Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: From £11.95 – Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Issues
